In Honor of Those Who Give Generously…
To Those Who Sacrifice Their Time and Effort…
To Those Whom Recognition Falls Short of Truly Honoring…
To Those Whose Worth Cannot Be Measured in Mere Words of Appreciation…
On the occasion of Iraqi Teacher’s Day, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at Al-Safwa University College, in collaboration with the Pharmacy Department, organized a festival featuring various activities.
The event commenced with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a moment of silence in remembrance of the late Professor Samer Mohammed Karim (may he rest in peace).
Subsequently, Professor Dr. Ali Za’lan Naama, representing the university administration, and Lect. Dr. Enas Hamza Al-Araji from the Department of Pharmacy, delivered speeches extending their congratulations and best wishes to Iraqi teachers. Their words highlighted the profound role of educators and their noble profession, which serves as the foundation for nations’ progress and the inspiration for ambition and determination. Teachers are the guiding lights that illuminate the darkness and the wellspring of knowledge in all its forms.
The festival concluded with competitions and the distribution of flowers to all attendees, in a gesture of appreciation and gratitude.
We pray to Almighty Allah for the protection and well-being of all academic and educational staff, and for their continued success in their noble mission of education and guidance.
Happy Teacher’s Day!
